1. To equip community leaders with Democratic Nonviolent Strategies for Advancing Community Needs. By the end of the 14 meetings with the total of 36 hours community leaders will be well versed in strategies for sustainable development.
2. To build positive team-work within the Cross-Community Council. To Support the recovery from racial fear and setting the building blocks for the possibility of strategic partnerships.
3. To assist the Cross-Community Council in developing win-win strategies, projects or businesses for solving urban dilemmas, based on values of nonviolence and a sustainable interdependent society. Between 4-7 months from the beginning of the course at least 2 Cross–Neighbourhood Projects will be initiated for the benefit of all sectors in Jerusalem. A strategic partnership business plan will be developed.
